SriLankan Cares was approached by the Police Anti Narcotics Bureau to collaborate towards the eradication of the Drug menace amongst school children. This campaign targeting schools throughout the island will span a period of 5 years.
Furthering its objective of empowering children through good health SriLankan Cares has sponsored the mobile exhibition kiosk, leaflets and book marks containing information on the negative effects of drug use. The mobile unit of the Anti Narcotics Bureau has conducted in almost 100 schools in the Colombo and Kurunegala districts.
