All tenderers should forward offers on the tender forms which will be issued at the Commercial Procurement Department, SriLankan Airlines Ltd., Airline Centre, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, from 11th March 2010 on normal working days from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. & from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The tender documents are also available on the website www.srilankan.aero/tendernotices
Completed tenders should be submitted in sealed envelopes, with the tender number clearly marked on the top left corner of the envelope, addressed to:

Tenders are to be received not later than 12 noon on 31st March 2010.
Prior to calling over for collection or handing over of tender documents and / or if you need any further clarification, please contact the Commercial Procurement Manager (IF) for tender No 1 above and Commercial Procurement Manager (G) for tender No 2 on telephone No: 019733 2771/2799/2736 and 019733 2773/2779 respectively.
Tenders will be opened at 1.30 p.m. on 31st March 2010 at Conference Room (Admin), Airline Centre, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka. Bidders who choose to attend are expected to be in the premises 15 minutes prior to opening of tender. The details of the person attending the tender opening should be given o the previous day (i.e. 30/03/2010) in order to arrange the entry pass. Kindly note that 01 representative per bidding company is permitted to be present at the tender opening. |
