Our aircraft maintenance clients can rely on a range of auxiliary, EASA 145 certified workshops offering an extensive range of round the clock support, ensuring minimal TAT’s for any aircraft undergoing maintenance at our faculties.
We also provide stand-alone support and turnkey solutions for clients at regional maintenance bases, backed by our comprehensive Component Repair capabilities and experienced Logistics team. |

| ENGINE MAINTENANCE SERVICES |
|
Our on-wing engine maintenance includes standard MPD tasks and boroscope inspections during the hangar input or during line maintenance checks.
For off-wing engine maintenance, you can rely on our specialist engine team at our state-of-the-art engine module changing facility in Colombo. Our capabilities include QEC build-up for CFM 56, RR Trent 700 and IAE V2500 engines as well as top case opening for CFM56 and gearbox replacement for RR Trent 700 engines. |

| TOOL CALIBRATION SERVICES |

The tool calibration shop provides repair and calibration services of tools and aircraft / workshop test equipment. We currently provide tool calibration services for
Sri Lankan Airlines, Air Sahara, Emirates line station, Saudi Air line station, the Sri Lanka Air Force, Expo Aviation, and Lion Air. |

We even have paint booth facilities for aircraft exterior painting and component painting. A fully fledged component cleaning bay is available and is used for cleaning of components, panels, wheel halves, etc. prior to NDT or painting. A complete screen printing facility is available for printing of aircraft placards.
