| In the unlikely event that your
baggage does not arrive at your destination while travelling
on a flight operated by SriLankan Airlines*,
and you have completed a Passenger Irregularity Report at
the Baggage Services Counter on arrival, we now offer you
the facility to check the status of your baggage through the
WorldTracer system online.
To use this service, all you need is your 10-character reference
number, (for example: CMBUL45328), which you would have received
from the Baggage Services Counter along with the copy of your
Passenger Irregularity Report.
For Baggage Arrival details, click on your Missing baggage
tag Number on the WorldTracer
Online.
Should you wish to speak to our staff regarding your baggage,
please call the number(s) listed on the Passenger Irregularity
Report.
*The status of the file reference
codes CX / DE / EK / LT/ OK / OS / RJ / SQ / SV & TG on
the Passenger Irregularity Report could also be checked.
